When your home is damaged, it’s frustrating. You just want your property fixed, right? The last thing you want is for the repair to be annoying. That’s why, once you’ve called your insurer and got the green light, we make your insurance repair process easy.
It has to be a smooth process because each year we are carefully audited by the insurance companies. Our service, communication and workmanship are all put under the spotlight, along with our health and safety protocols. If we weren’t doing great work for their customers, the insurers would not let us remain an approved house repairer. It’s as simple as that.
To help us promptly complete your insurance repair project, we need your help.

Your insurance excess needs to be paid. Only then can we order the necessary materials and schedule your
project into our workflow.

For painting projects, the rooms need to be cleared of all furniture, curtains, curtain rails and picture hooks.

We prefer access to your home between 8.30am–3.00pm. If you aren’t home during the day, either leave a key out for us or give us one to use for the project duration.

We can’t order the paint until you select the colour you’d like us to apply. Please choose without delay.
